You must provide a copy of the identification cards of all guests before arrival to process the guest authorization or the contract. All guests must register upon arrival and you will be asked to leave an ID but you can get it back upon check out. All information will be provided via email before arrival.
Regarding parking space, there is a paid parking in Air Mall basement and some unit owners in Air Residences are renting out their parking spaces for 350 pesos per night but this is on a first come first serve basis.
For daily or LESS than 30 nightsstay, guests must pay the pool fee
The pool is open Tuesday to Sunday 6am to 10pm Closed on Mondays
Pool fee is 150 pesos per person per day and 300 pesos if it is a holiday.
